Amandla Security head office is situated in accessible location so that clients are
able to communicate with our staff and our managers are able to facilitate their
requirements.

Our offices now (as of the 1st January 2009) has a 24 hour operations control
facility which we are able to communicate and respond to our clients efficiently.
Our controllers are adequately trained in their fields of profession and bilingual
to assist and queries should the need arise.

After an assessment by an independent auditor our company has received a
BEE rating of 120% and we are currently in the process of acquiring our rating
through the National Empowerment rating Agency.

A Human resource specialist has been recently employed in our company to
ensure that only the best officers are recruited into our company.
All officer that are recruited into the company undergoes numerous training
and inductions and should the need arise we will tailor make an induction in your
area of practice to ensure the officers understand the operations and security
requirements of your business.
We have extremely high expectations of our staff therefore we are continuously
educating them and ensuring that they deliver the services required from the
client. In doing so monthly reports on the officers and your operational
requirements are assessed and forwarded to their appropriate personnel.

This will ensure the clients satisfaction and or inform us of areas that needs
Attention to detail.
